Fountain folly I drew for Disney Vacation Club while I was at Graham Gund Architects
Solar study for a passive solar house I designed at 40 degrees N. lattitude. This is a North-South section. It was important to set the eaves so that the thermal mass of the front room floor received full sun at noon on the winter solstice, but was completely shaded at noon on the summer solstice.
Boston Main Streets sample. Boston sponsored design assistance and zero-percent loans; I would quickly sketch the improved image, call out demos (demolition) on the photograph and construction elements on the drawing, and write a brief white-paper specification/price estimate, so the sheet and the specification had to say it all.
